Fresh fruit cups made with mixed fruit and served on green plates

I love when more local fruit starts to come into season. We always load up on tons of fruit and eat it as snacks throughout the day.

Our Farmer’s Market has one stand with the most amazing berries. The farmers don’t use pesticides and their prices are reasonable compared to the organic berry prices at our local grocery store.

Since we’re in California, we can also get great prices on ripe, delicious oranges at the Farmer’s Market as well as peaches, nectarines and lots of other delicious treats.

The delicious produce we get is perfect for making these Fresh Fruit Cups as a nutritious treat for the kids. The bright colors making eating healthy fun, even for picky eaters!

Serve the cups on a fun plate and your kids will have a blast eating these healthy treats! You even can mix it up by topping them with a little homemade whipped cream.
